This Fridays Fitness Focus..

Mental health is as important as physical and I will touch on that more next week... but today I want to remind you that your core strength and flexibility are something you should focus on..

We are all rushed these days but a Pilates/Yoga/Yoaglates/Body Balance Class is a fab way to slow down a bit but still work on your body strength.. I mean who wants to be the skinny minny with the hunchback because they don't know how to stand properly?

Today I am standing by  my chatter and off to Pilates... why don't you find one to go to and have a try.. its rather fab. Do you do anything that slows you down but still keeps you fit?

  1. Finding time to exercise can be a challenge. To make it easier, schedule time to exercise as you would any other appointment. Ocufen 5mlPlan to watch your favorite show while walking on the treadmill, or read while riding a stationary bike.
