  1. My favourite is my family favourite chicken and chorizo risotto in the Thermie! With Parmesan, onion, garlic, chorizo, chicken thigh fillets, veggie stock paste, arborio rice, water and a splash of wine. It's a healthy, nutritious, easy mid-week family meal!

  5. Butterflied chicken, cooked on the barbeque. Best recipe because everyone loves it, and it's a great way to showcase my home grown herbs, pushing them up under the skin combined with ricotta and a few other goodies.
